Per Stoltz is looking to strengthen the IN Groupe team with a talented Support Engineer to join our new office in Virum. Following our acquisition of a well-known company in Copenhagen, we are excited to integrate its capabilities and continue enhancing Denmark's essential digital identity platform infrastructure, MitID . This platform ensures secure access (eID) to both public and private services across the country.

You'll be joining an office of around 200 people in a collaborative team environment. This role is primarily on-site, with the potential flexibility to work from home occasionally once we expand our IT team. You'll be responsible for providing on-site support in Copenhagen and will also assist colleagues in Aarhus and Oslo as needed.

We're on an IT maturation journey, requiring close collaboration with our head office. Additionally, with multiple systems operating under a TSA, there will be exciting migration and consolidation projects to tackle in the coming years.

What you'll do

As a Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to manage our service desk, addressing user tickets and phone inquiries promptly. Additionally, you'll maintain up-to-date service desk instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting users over the phone and managing service desk tickets, including:
    • Troubleshooting authentication and connection problems.
    • Resolving access rights issues.
    • Managing licenses.
    • Onboarding and offboarding users.
    • Deploying clients and applications.
  • Providing technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our internal IT service desk.
  • Keeping user instructions up to date.
  • Identifying improvement needs in the environment based on received tickets.

You may also provide support to our colleagues in Aarhus and Oslo as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MFA, SAML, RBAC, and related technologies.
  • Experienced with AD/Entra ID, GPOs, SCCM/Intune, PowerShell scripting, and other relevant tools.
  • Competent in managing Mac and Linux systems.
  • Familiar with Office 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in network management, CCNA or similar.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is essential, with French being a plus.
