Arbejdsopgaver

  • Udarbejde materialer løbende til investorevents og konferencer samt til møder med eksisterende og potentielle investorer
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med Senior Executive Assistant om porteføljeselskabskonferencer og events, herunder forberedelse af præsentationsmateriale og investorsupport, inklusiv forberedelse af materialer og relateret due diligence-analyse
  • Støtte investeringsteamet med kommunikation, branding samt ad hoc-projektledelse på tværs af forskellige initiativer for Solix og dets portefølje af selskaber
  • Vedligeholde Solix' hjemmeside i samarbejde med webhostingudbyder
  • Administrere og koordinere med eksterne IT-support
  • Event management i tæt samarbejde med Senior Executive Assistant
  • Diverse ad hoc kontoropgaver

Vi søger dig som

  • Besidder fremragende skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner på forretningsengelsk, samt dansk eller svensk
  • Har opnået en kandidatgrad i kommunikation, marketing, engelsk eller lignende
  • Har erfaring med at arbejde i et hurtigt, højtryk miljø med stramme deadlines
  • Er dygtig i IT, særligt i PowerPoint og Excel
