About the role

Resolve support tickets, provide mail, chat, and phone support, and understand customer needs to increase product usage and value.

Ideal candidates are team players fluent in English and Danish, understand technical aspects, and are passionate about customer service.

Collaborate with the tech team, monitor customer health scores, ensure retention, and log data in CRM to deliver structured customer support.

Fully remote position with the option to work from our hub in beautiful Copenhagen, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
