We're now looking for a Product Designer to join our Cash Flow domain. In this role, you'll leverage elegant product design to help redefine how people work today.

You'll be part of a 40+ strong Product Design, Research, and Brand Design team , reporting to our Design Director .

The role is listed for Copenhagen, London, Montreal, and Stockholm (both office-based and hybrid options are available within those countries) .

The Role

As a Product Designer in the Product & User Experience team in our Cash Flow domain , you'll focus on building new capabilities for our Cash Management Offering , providing value for 40k+ customers by making their Treasury tasks more efficient.

We are looking for someone motivated to make their mark, help us shape things, and have a sizeable impact on the growth of Pleo. You will be responsible for ideation, prototyping, testing ideas, and managing multiple stakeholders across different teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will work on products such as transfer automation, credit, and funds management within Pleo.

  • You have experience in the full life-cycle of a new feature or product from ideation to launch.
  • Ideation, prototyping, and validation to refine and improve concepts.
  • Confidence in designing complex interaction flows.
  • Systems thinking and experience working with design systems.
  • Balancing industry best practices with innovation to create user-friendly solutions.
  • Ability to define a target state and break down work into logical milestones.
  • Close collaboration with engineers to bring designs to life.
  • Strong communication skills , both within the team and externally.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively , maintaining both quality and organization.
  • Have experience in the financial services sector.
  • Have experience working on B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Care about measuring the impact of design decisions using data.
  • You are a stellar communicator who shares ideas and provides feedback with patience, empathy, and passion.
  • Have strong opinions about design processes, tools, and systems.
  • Enjoy collaborating with different competencies to push creative boundaries (in a productive way).
  • Have a knack for writing content that speaks clearly to people, builds trust, and compels action toward our goals.
