Job Description

As a Clinical & Prof. Marketing Manager , you will support the key account management in serving our customers in the Nordic countries - both in the clinical and commercial area.


Your role is:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of SRC with the aim of successfully placing our clinical solutions on the market.

  • Organizing and conducting (product) training and educational events for professional societies, patient support groups, clinical staff, and Philips customers (product features, applications, technical and clinical aspects).

  • Ensure that Philips product solutions are preferentially used within the clinic as well as the homecare domain.

  • Ensuring strong pre-sale support for our distribution partner and his tender preparation process as well as continuous support throughout the tender execution.

  • Gather market and competitive data to support extensive market research, identify market dynamics and share information with management.

  • Gaining knowledge of market and customer requirements (congresses, studies, clinical staff) including feedback to optimise future marketing tools.

  • Identification of gaps in product and application knowledge among medical device consultants and clinical staff as well as potential for improving training programmes.

  • Support with the introduction of new products including review of necessary localised assets.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor degree in nursing and first experience in sales of medical devices/consumables; further commercial experience as field sales expert is a nice to have.

  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferred within the clinical sleep and respiratory domain.

  • Fluent in English and at least 2 NORDIC languages, preferred Danish and Swedish.

  • Based in Denmark or Sweden as we work in a hybrid working model.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
