Development & Communication Consultant for Commercial Concepts & Tenders Job Description

About us:

Commercial Concepts & Tenders is a global team of consultants committed to executing commercial opportunities within Transaction Banking (TxB) to deliver on our Forward 28 strategy and drive growth in daily banking fee income. We uphold domain-specific knowledge in TxB specialist areas such as Cash Management, Foreign Exchange (FX), Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Investor Services, serving Business, Large Corporate & Institutional clients across the Nordics, UK/IE, and Poland.

What we do:

  • Content creation: We enable efficient and professional sales processes by conceptualising, creating, and maintaining all TxB related content for relational and digital advisory and sales. This covers multiple content channels, including websites, sales materials, acquisition and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes, and customer events.
  • Tender management: We ensure high-quality and timely responses to Corporate and Institutional customers’ RfPs.
  • Development roadmap and Go-to-Market initiatives: We provide transparency around commercial development priorities and plans, and drive Go-to-Market strategies and implementation activities for new product and solution launches.
  • Digital sale and engagement: We manage projects and activities aimed at enhancing digital customer engagement and digital sales.

Your role:

We are looking for a new colleague who can lead our development roadmap and Go-to-Market initiatives for new product and solution launches.

Examples of potential areas of responsibility include:

  • Facilitate the yearly process of input collection and prioritisation of development initiatives to strengthen our value proposition and facilitate clarification and scoping of initiatives with IT development.
  • Ensure ongoing transparency of development roadmaps and plans including assessment of strategic and commercial impact.
  • Develop Go-to-Market strategies for new product and solution launches. Plan and execute commercial activities for a successful launch and follow up on impact.
  • Develop customer-centric and highly engaging content for various channels to enhance our value proposition.

In this role, you will have opportunities to influence and shape our development roadmap, operational frameworks, and collaborative processes across several departments including Sales, Support, Product Development, Marketing, Communications, ComEx, and Legal. As you grow with us, you’ll build a substantial network across departments and gain an in-depth understanding of transaction banking products and services.

  • Has a strategic commercial mindset with robust consultancy skills and experience in breaking down strategy into concrete actionable steps for execution.

  • Has experience with Go-to-Market management.
  • Demonstrates excellent process mapping, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Shows a high level of initiative and enjoys defining solutions and driving progress in complex areas.
  • Is a proactive team player committed to mutual growth and support.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in commercial development, consultancy, project management, or communication.
  • Master’s degree within business, communication, or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience from the Financial Sector and familiarity with Transaction Banking solutions is preferred, but not required.

This position can be in Denmark, Sweden, or Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2000 to 3000 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job). Please see the Job Ad for Lithuania’s location via this LINK .
