Your Impact

The Software Developer Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, meet operational objectives, and align with the overall business needs. The Team Leader will provide technical guidance, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure adherence to industry best practices and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of software developers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Employee Development: Mentor and coach developers, fostering skill development and creating a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
  • Software Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring that they meet user requirements and align with company objectives.
  • Technical Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, technical guidelines, and best practices to ensure efficiency, maintainability, and scalability of the software solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, and other departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee that software solutions are reliable, user-friendly, and free of critical bugs.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Encourage innovation within the team, promoting new ideas and initiatives that drive growth and improve the overall development process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in software development to continually improve the team's capabilities and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Resource Coordination: Oversee the recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development of team members, ensuring efficient and effective team operations.

About YOU

  • Over 5 years of experience in that position
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experienced in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in TypeScript, React (Front-end), Java (Back-end), MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), architecture, and best practices.
  • Project Execution: Skilled in Agile methodologies, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Works cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Quality & Innovation: Drives excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English
