Senior Project Manager/Project Director for R&D CAPEX construction projects

The job
will be based in Måløv, Denmark, but some travel to our different global sites should be expected.
QualificationsYou have:
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large and complex cross-functional (and possibly global) projects through development and construction.
- Preferably experience from pharma or other regulated industries (food science, life science or energy industry).
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project team to achieve project goals.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience from building laboratories and PMP certification is an advantage.
- English language proficiency.
On a personal level, you are proactive, self-driven and excel at driving projects within highly complex stakeholder setups, offering adept advisory and influencing skills at senior leadership levels, guiding projects to success despite conflicting interests. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to lead through crisis and high-pressure situations.
About the departmentR&D Investments is a team consisting of experienced Project Managers, as well as Portfolio Management and back-office functions. We enable science by leading professionalized development and execution of CAPEX projects & optimizing the value/risk of investments at project and portfolio level. Our project managers specialize in a variety of project types, including construction, automation & digital projects. Our team serves across all Lines of Business areas. We lead projects globally, including across Denmark, US, UK and China.
