Som Supply Chain Coordinator er du med til at sikre, at der er varer på hylderne i de fysiske butikker og på onlineshoppen til vores 46 mio. årligt besøgende kunder. Vores SCM-team har ansvaret for hele processen fra dialogen med vores partnere og indkøbere til support for varemodtagelser og onlineshoppen samt daglig opfølgning på kvalitetsudfordringer og optimeringer af vareflowet. Dine opgaver som Supply Chain Coordinator vil være koncentreret omkring følgende:

  • Koordinering af leverancer, både til vores fysiske butikker og online
  • Kommunikation med hele værdikæden, både internt og eksternt
  • Fokus på optimering og udvikling af samarbejdet i forhold til et fysisk- og elektronisk flow
  • Hotline- og supportfunktion for en lang række interessenter
  • Teknisk integration og andre aspekter i samarbejdet med vores partnere

  • Er uddannet inden for Supply Chain Management eller logistik
  • Trives i en bred kontaktflade, både i og uden for organisationen
  • Elsker struktur og ikke går på kompromis med kvalitet
  • Har erfaring med tværgående projekter og projektledelse, eventuelt fra dit studie
  • Indsigt i e-commerce verdenen vil være en fordel

Mig som leder
Mit primære mål er, at alle i SCM-teamet trives og at man som medarbejder sagtens kan fremme sine personlige mål, samtidig med at vi imødekommer teamets mål. Som person har jeg en holistisk og resultatorienteret tilgang til teamets opgaver og vejen frem er ”work smarter, not harder”. Det skal sikre, at hver dag er spændende samtidig med at de gode resultater effektueres.
