Role? As a BI Developer with a focus on reporting and visualisation within the new BI department of Sales Insights, you'll extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate insights and develop dashboards using Tableau. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Your work will include developing dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer preferably in a business intelligence or sales analytics role.
  • Expert knowledge using Tableau to build data visualisation and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and advertising platforms is an advantage.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a forward-leaning attitude.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic about transforming data into actionable insights that drive business impact.

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?

  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate insights and reports using Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop story driven dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Educate and train stakeholders on how to use dashboards effectively to gain insights and drive decision making.
