You will ensure stability and quality in the training administration processes and tools within the External Supply area. You will be responsible for training administration, ensuring that it is set up in a simple and easy way and in accordance with our training principles. You will:

  • Deliver professional support and high-quality guidance as our Subject Matter Expert on the Novo Nordisk principles for how to handle our Training Administration processes and systems.
  • Set up and maintain our training structure in the system in the ideal manner and communicate this to internal stakeholders. Identify optimisation and standardisation opportunities in the setup.
  • Drive onboarding and training of those delivering the trainings (training coordinators).
  • Drive small training-related projects or be part of a project group.
  • Coordinate administration of our Training academy and drive the training Network across the wider business area.

Your main stakeholders are within the training community in External Supply, right from those who are writing and designing our training setups to those who make the training available in our systems. You will participate in or drive projects, make recommendations as well as facilitate meetings with project members and stakeholders. You will be part of a team with other training professionals supporting the same business area. It's a newly established team and this role gives you an opportunity to contribute to shaping how we work.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with a natural talent for support/administration and an interest and understanding of the training administration process including the flow for training and document management. Additionally, you need to have:

  • 2+ years' experience within training administration working at a large organisation in international environment.
  • Understanding of GMP requirements and the pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial.
  • Flair for and a natural interest in IT systems. We use LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, Danish will be seen as an advantage.

You are structured, organized, innovative, systematic, data driven, service and team oriented. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to work efficiently with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. To excel in this position, you must be adaptable and energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously. Finally, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.

About the department

You will join the training team who supports the business area External Supply which is a part of PSQIT. You will become part of a department which is responsible for delivering professional training solution and support across the area. You will experience that we strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will be part of an environment where everybody helps each other to succeed, grow and develop.
