Om stillingen
Som husassistent vil du blive en del af et voksende team med 7 dygtige kolleger, som arbejder tæt sammen for at sikre, at kontorer og mødelokaler er behagelige rum at være i for de øvrige kolleger og de mange gæster i huset. Desuden samarbejder du med kollegerne i vores teams i receptionen, køkkenet og Facility om forskellige forefaldende opgaver. Du kan se frem til en hverdag, hvor du og dit team sikrer en høj standard for rengøring og service i et dynamisk hus.

Ansvar og opgaver
Efter en grundig introduktion til opgaverne får du masser af ansvar, så du kan følge opgaverne til dørs sammen med dine kolleger. Vi vægter det gode fællesskab, og du kan se frem til at arbejde i et selvstændigt team med uformelle og ligeværdige relationer, som du kan sparre med om det daglige arbejde.

Din hverdag vil i varieret omfang bestå af følgende:

  • Rengøring af kontorlokaler, mødelokaler, gangarealer, trapper, elevatorer samt toiletter.
  • Varierende ad hoc-opgaver.
  • Vi søger en kollega som er positiv af natur, har en suveræn ordenssans og en god sans for hygiejne.
  • Du er proaktiv, trives med ansvar og er ikke bleg for at spotte og løse nye opgaver, selvom de falder uden for den daglige plan.
  • Du vil gerne gøre en positiv forskel og yde en god service over for dine kolleger.
  • Du har en god fysik. Dette kræves, da man går mange skridt, også på trapper, og fordi der kan forekomme tunge løft. Derudover er det en fordel, hvis du trives fint med højder, da vi arbejder på etager op til og med 13.
  • Arbejdstiderne er fra 06.00 til 14.00 fordelt på ugens hverdage, så det er en fordel, hvis du er morgenfrisk af natur.
  • Startdatoen er som udgangspunkt d. 1. Maj 2025, vi er dog åbne for at vente på den rette kandidat. Vikariatet løber frem til d. 31. August 2026.
  • Arbejdsbeklædning indebærer sorte bukser efter eget valg, sorte poloer som udleveres, samt en langærmet trøje. Derudover forventes det, at der benyttes skridsikre sko, da der vil være opgaver, som indebærer gang i køkkenet.
