The TDC NET External Reporting & Consolidation team, a group of four employees, operates within the accounting department which reports directly to the CFO. They provide guidance, support and collaborate closely with the broader TDC NET business.

About the job

The TDC NET External Reporting & Consolidation team is central in the future transformation journey, and you will have a key role in integrating these activities in TDC NET.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage, develop and extend the financial External Reporting and Consolidation team
  2. Responsible for the end-to-end annual report, quarterly announcements and review of investor presentation for TDC NET Group entities
  3. Responsible for preparation of audit materials and materials to Audit Committee incl. contact to the auditors
  4. Responsible for implementing new or amended IFRS's accounting standards incl. updating Financial Guidelines and reporting package for TDC NET Group
  5. Responsible for the monthly consolidation process and ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting across all entities in the TDC NET Group
  6. Engage in cross-functional projects as a sparring partner within the accounting area.
About you

As a person you are motivated by external reporting and are interested in making a difference. You are a motivated leader and take responsibility for bringing things forward and developing the agenda.

Furthermore, you have the following background and experience:

  1. Certified public accounting, Master's degree in finance or other relevant education
  2. +10 years of relevant experience
  3. Great people and stakeholder engagement skills
  4. Experience in developing a team highly regarded
  5. Experience in handling projects
  6. Good English communication skills (both oral and in writing) including the ability to transform complex information to simple communication
