As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of Equipment Management space across our Ocean and Inland businesses by leveraging products and processes, driving their adoption and automation across the company through close engagement, communication, and collaboration with users, customers, and stakeholders. In this role you'll be responsible for driving analysis, design, standardization, performance management, and governance of processes in Equipment (Container) Logistics domain to bring about enterprise transformation.

You'll bring an end-to-end functional perspective to product development through scoping and prioritization of cross functional dependencies and roadmap deliverables as well as lead communication and engagement with global, regional, and country operation and commercial teams for change management and sustainable implementation of equipment products and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Create and define the growth strategy for Equipment Management products within Ocean and Inland businesses in Maersk.
  • Process Standardization and Optimization: Drive design, standardization, and automation of complex, decentralized and inter-dependent cross-functional processes in collaboration with business teams.
  • Discovery and Scoping: Identify problems, opportunities, and cross-functional dependencies to scope and build process and product strategy.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Build and lead product roadmap to deliver business outcomes in collaboration with technology, data science, and business users.
  • Communication and Change Management: Drive communication, change management, and sustained implementation of process and product enhancements globally.
  • Performance and Outcome Management: Identify, establish, and track metrics and success criteria to ensure value realization and business outcome delivery from implemented changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage frequently and closely with global, regional, and country equipment teams for process and product adoption and improvement.

  • Product and/or Process Management Experience: Proven experience in product management and/or process excellence.
  • Functional Experience: Relevant functional experience in transport, logistics, and supply chain
  • Results-Orientation: Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while continuing to deliver results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of business and technology stakeholders in a matrix org and drive alignment towards product strategy and business outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical reasoning skills and intuition, using data and metrics to evaluate hypotheses and assumptions for decision-making.
