We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Denmark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, increase engagement, and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape in Denmark, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

It is an on-site position in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands in the Danish market to align with overall strategy and objectives for the Geo.
  • Prepare launch strategies for new brands.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities specific to each brand.
  • Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to the preferences of varying Danish audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design teams as well as external partners and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Monitor and respond to user-generated content and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on social media sentiment and address any issues or feedback promptly.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for social media campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about social media algorithm changes and best practices to ensure maximum reach and impact.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably managing brands within the iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design.
  • Native proficiency in Danish and a good command of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • High level of adaptability, enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
