I rollen vil du blive ansvarlig for din egen portefølje af Commercial kunder. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores mæglere, hvorfor det er vigtigt at du forstår deres behov.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være servicering af nuværende kunder herunder nytegning, regulering og fornyelser af policer i vores Commercial segment.

Dine opgaver vil være alsidige og vil bl.a. være:

  • Daglig servicering af større kunder
  • Bygge og bevare et godt forhold med vores mæglere og deres kunder
  • Konvertering af policer i nyt policesystem
  • Tæt dialog og samarbejde med vores underwritere
  • Du skal sikre at vores kunder får den bedst mulige service uden at give køb på Protectors værdier og lønsomhed

Din profil

  • Du har flere års erfaring inden for erhvervsforsikringer
  • Du er forsikringsuddannet eller har gennemgået relevante moduler på FOAK.
  • Du er stærk indenfor IT og lærer hurtigt nye systemer at kende
  • Du arbejder struktureret og med en udpræget løsnings- og servicefokuseret arbejdsstil
  • Du er ikke bleg for at yde en ekstra indsats, ligesom du gerne tager stafetten for at sikre, at vi når i mål
