As the Nordic Demand Planner, your mission is to drive L'Oréal's success by leading forecasting and demand planning. You ensure customer satisfaction and business visibility through accurate forecasts developed in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing. As the owner of the forecasting process, you deliver credible figures that optimize the supply chain, contributing to our ambitious targets and working within a strong, collaborative team and across functions. The role reports to the PPD supply chain director and is based in Nordic HQ in Copenhagen.

- Forecast Development: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create accurate forecasts for operational and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, etc.) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Implement new forecasting tools and processes, ensuring efficient product lifecycle management and optimized inventory.
- Reporting & Presentation: Present forecast figures to top management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- International Coordination: Align with international teams, including S&OP, to ensure consistent planning.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding in demand and supply planning processes and techniques and have some experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. You must also be able to demonstrate a team-oriented approach in addition to the following:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Business orientation and ability to communicate with senior management stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and prioritize efficiently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives and drive actions.
- Working experience with forecasting and modeling techniques is a plus.
- IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
