Bliv en af de tekniske designere bag designbyen KoldingKolding Kommune arbejder løbende for at videreudvikle kommunen som et attraktivt sted for bosætning, oplevelser og vækst. Derfor søger de lige nu en teknisk designer til at bidrage med at realisere en række anlægs- og infrastrukturprojekter af vidt forskellig art.
Du kan især se frem til:
- Tegneopgaver på mindre vejprojekter og udarbejdelse af kørekurver, afmærkningsplaner, typetegninger m.m.
- Supportere de øvrige afdelinger på tværs af By- og Fællesforvaltningen med bl.a. beregning af anlægsoverslag
- Mulighed for tilsynsopgaver på igangværende opgaver herunder mindre vejprojekter
- Udarbejde tegningsmateriale, der sikrer, at projekterne forløber glat og i henhold til tidsplanen
- Samarbejde med projektlederne om dialogen med interessenter i projekterne
Du bliver en del af Byudvikling og Infrastruktur under afdelingen Trafik, Vej og Park, hvor du refererer til teamlederen og får 9 tætte kolleger samt 1-2 eksterne ressourcer. Her indgår du i opgaveløsningen på tværs af teamet, men får også et bredt samarbejde med de øvrige afdelinger i By- og Fællesforvaltningen såvel som med eksterne bygherrer og rådgivere.
Du præger fremtidens projekter med struktur og teknisk flairHos Kolding Kommune får du frihed til at tage ansvar og bruge din designforståelse og dine tekniske kompetencer – inden for AutoCAD eller OpenRoads – til at udvikle løsninger, der både er effektive og taler ind i Kolding Kommunes bæredygtige strategi. Samtidig bliver din evne til at formidle tekniske detaljer til både fagfolk og ikke-tekniske interessenter en vigtig del af jobbet.
Vi forestiller os, at du har en relevant uddannelse med fokus på teknisk design eller bygge og anlæg, gerne med erfaring inden for infrastruktur, vejtilsyn og mindre anlægsprojekter, hvor du allerede har fået kendskab til nogle af stillingens arbejdsopgaver. Erfaring med projektarbejde og samarbejde på tværs af organisationen vil desuden også hjælpe dig godt på vej.
Her får du en rolle, hvor din sans for samarbejde, pålidelighed og service kan udfolde sig fuldt ud – og hvor du kan være med til at gøre en reel forskel i både små og store sammenhænge.
Fagligt og socialt sammenhold med frihed under ansvarI teamet, du bliver en del af, er opgaverne fordelt på tre områder: 1. Bymidten, 2. Byggemodninger, mindre vejprojekter og tilsyn og 3. Infrastrukturprojekter, hvor dine primære opgaver vil høre til det andet område. I det daglige erfaringsudveksler I på tværs og fungerer i praksis som ét samlet team, der med faglig stolthed altid har fokus på at løse opgaven bedst muligt. Teamet er desuden kendt for det gode sociale sammenhold, hvor tonen er uformel og humoristisk, og man interesserer sig for hinanden – hvad enten det gælder hjælp til en opgave eller en hyggelig snak over frokosten.
I afdelingen Trafik, Vej og Park er der ca. 30 medarbejdere. Afdelingen hører under By- og Fællesforvaltningen, der med ca. 800 medarbejdere løser mange forskellige opgaver, som skaber rammerne for det gode liv i kommunen.
