As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Financial Crime Vendor Assurance Specialist who can ensure that our vendors meet the highest standards of compliance and performance.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our 1st line efforts to combat financial crime by closely monitoring our vendor relationships and their performance. You will play a critical role in guaranteeing that the services we rely on—such as sanctions screening and identity verification—function effectively and deliver the quality we expect. What you’ll be doing (non-exhaustive):

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of vendor services within FinCrime.
  2. Develop and implement robust testing methodologies to verify vendor performance and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their services align with our AML/CTF requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyse vendor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor assessments and compliance checks to identify, mitigate and address risks arising from vendors and systems (e.g. operational, reputational or regulatory).
  6. Effectively communicate compliance findings, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You´ll thrive in this role if:

  1. Experience working in a Financial Crime prevention/Anti-money laundering function - preferably within DK and the EU.
  2. Good knowledge and a sincere interest in current Financial Crime legislation and being adaptable and flexible in response to changes. This involves staying updated on emerging threats, new regulations, and industry trends.
  3. A forward-thinking mentality that challenges the status quo and fosters innovation.
  4. Thrives in getting responsibility and can manage several projects simultaneously.
  5. Proactive and able to work on your own, as well as with others in a team.
  6. At least 3 years of experience working in B2B due diligence/KYC processes.
  7. Experience working with Vendor assurance.
  8. AI knowledge/curiosity and hands-on experience.
  9. Methodical, and able to prioritise and plan tasks, with the ability to work through changing workloads to always meet deadlines.
  10. Able to present complex matters in a clear and professional manner.
