Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Windar Photonics A/S. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our procurement and logistics operations, ensuring that we have a stable and efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchasing activities, including supplier communication, order placement, tracking, and terms/price negotiation.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management through our ERP system.

- Support the supply chain team with documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements (quotes, purchase orders, and order confirmations).

- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
