Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our procurement and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient coordination of our suppliers, shipments, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing activities, including supplier communication, order placement, tracking, and terms/price negotiation.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management through our ERP system.
  • Support the supply chain team with documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements (quotes, purchase orders, and order confirmations).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimise procurement and logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
