The acquisition of the Danish company Grene in 2013 solidified Kramp's position as one of Europe's largest technical wholesalers. With over 500,000 products available online and 11 distribution centers, Kramp is a strategic partner for agricultural, industrial, landscaping, forestry, and earth-moving industries.
In 2023, Kramp achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 120 million in the Nordics, with a clear strategy to expand market share and profits. With 200 FTE and the majority of business conducted through webshop, Kramp is well-positioned for growth.
Communication Specialist Nordic Cluster
Ambitious Communication Specialist with project management skills to enhance organizational processes through communication
Kramp is looking for a proactive and skilled Communications Specialist to enhance communication efforts within Kramp, specifically focusing on the Nordic Cluster. This new role will have the key responsibility of leading communication across the organization, implementing and ensuring that guidelines are followed by everyone within the cluster.
Through clear communication, you will have a significant impact on the organization at various levels, across all countries in the Nordic Cluster.
You will report to the Marketing Manager, Nordic Cluster, with a dotted line to the Head of Corporate Communications at Kramp Group in the Netherlands.
Your role also includes:
- Develop clear communication solutions and proposals for complex issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute effective communication plans
- Implement communication strategies
- Write compelling and clear texts tailored to various audiences
Effective communicator with a strong ability to influence across multiple levels and regions
You have a bachelor's degree in communication or a similar field and solid experience in communication, marketing, or HR, along with a broad understanding of the communication field. You have experience with developing and executing impactful communication plans and leading projects effectively. As this role involves communication across the entire organization, experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
As a person, you are an excellent communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, and skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You approach challenges with pragmatism when needed, balancing creativity with practicality. You are resilient and can handle pressure and challenges with confidence.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing communication within the Nordic Cluster and across the organization, driving success in various business aspects.
With offices in Skjern and Aarhus, you can be based within a convenient driving distance of either location. However, we are open to candidates across Denmark.
