In 2023, Kramp achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 120 million in the Nordics, with a clear strategy to expand market share and profits. With 200 FTE and the majority of business conducted through webshop, Kramp is well-positioned for growth.

Marketing Manager Nordic Cluster
Do you have a strategic mindset with focus on impactful go-to-market strategies?
Kramp is seeking an ambitious and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts across the Nordics. You will report directly to the Nordic Cluster Managing Director with a dotted line to the Global Marketing Team based in The Netherlands.

With an excellent understanding of strategic marketing, you will oversee and drive all marketing activities within the Nordic Cluster, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set from Kramp Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Cluster-specific marketing plans aligned with Kramp Group's strategy, with a focus on digital transformation.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a diverse Marketing Team across multiple countries, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  3. Campaign Management: Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support sales.
  4. Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Implement Kramp Group's marketing strategies across the Nordic Cluster

Key responsibility will be realizing Kramp Group's marketing strategy and translating it into Cluster-specific plans. To succeed we expect you have a relevant and broad marketing experience. You must have the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions.

You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign development as well as excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in different countries. As Kramp Group's offices are spread across Europe, you should be skilled in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different countries.

As a person, you can work strategically, tactically, and operationally, enabling you to implement strategic initiatives effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex problems and develop data-driven solutions. You maintain a structured working style, planning carefully and following up on tasks to ensure timely execution.

You are offered an opportunity to lead all marketing efforts in the Nordic Cluster. As the organization's structure is new, you will get the opportunity to build and establish the framework for the region's marketing structure.

With offices in Skjern and Aarhus, you can be based within a convenient driving distance of either location. However, we are open to candidates across Denmark. You should expect around 30 days of travel per year.
