Hos 3, OiSTER og Flexii arbejder vi aktivt med GDPR og databeskyttelse og -sikkerhed, og har et veletableret og systemunderstøttet GDPR- og privacy compliance-set-up med dokumenterede aktiviteter og ansvarlige ambassadører i forretningen. Vi søger nu en ny kollega, som er klar til at indtage rollen som DPO og vil tage ansvaret for at videreudvikle og styrke området.

Hvad får du ansvar for?

Du vil få en nøglerolle og være en central spiller i forhold til databeskyttelse og compliance hos 3, OiSTER og Flexii idet du får ansvaret for at drive, koordinere, rapportere og videreudvikle området i samarbejde med relevante funktioner i resten af virksomheden.

  • Videreudvikle og vedligeholde Hi3G's politikker, processer og vejledninger indenfor GDPR- og databeskyttelse, bl.a. sammen med Hi3G's Information Security Officer.
  • Bistå forretningen med rådgivning, risikovurderinger og konsekvensanalyser, håndtering af databrud og indsigtsanmodninger.
  • Støtte og vejlede forretningen ift. dokumentationskrav og risici.
  • Støtte, vejlede og uddanne vores ambassadørnetværk.
  • Sikre awareness i Hi3G om GDPR og privacy.
  • Overvåge Hi3G's compliance og kontroller i RISMA.
  • Udarbejde diverse rapporteringer til direktion og ejere om compliance.
  • Være kontaktperson i forhold til relevante myndigheder og være Hi3G's GDPR-repræsentant i branche- og koncernfora.

Er du den rigtige profil?

Vi ser efter en profil der trives med at arbejde i spændingsfeltet mellem jura og forretning og samtidig tager ejerskab i at være den løsningsorienterede rådgiver og sparringspartner til Hi3G's forretning indenfor området. Du skal forstå balancen mellem god databeskyttelse og understøttelse af forretningen og forstå vigtigheden i en pragmatisk tilgangsvinkel til løsninger og muligheder.

Vi forestiller os, at du er advokat, cand.jur., cand.merc.jur. eller anden relevant baggrund, med minimum tre års erfaring og gerne med stort kendskab til GDPR og persondataområdet – og gerne også compliancearbejde generelt. Det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til telebranchen, men det er ikke et krav.

I din tilgang til opgaverne og forretningen er du selvstændig, åben og proaktiv, og du ønsker at være kendt for dit store engagement og professionalisme samt din forretningsforståelse og pragmatisme. Du får energi af en hverdag, hvor dagene sjældent ligner hinanden, og hvor der er bud efter dine kompetencer, men du formår at strukturere og prioritere opgaverne. Du kan håndtere at få et stort ansvar og kan lide at komme helt tæt på der, hvor beslutningerne træffes og føres ud i livet.

  • Du er flydende i dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Du bliver en del af et stærkt GRC-team, der har ansvaret for at sætte standarden for dataetik og arbejder med Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Teamet består foruden dig også af en kollega, der har ansvaret for Information Security, og du vil referere til vores Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. Teamet er en del af Hi3G's juridiske afdeling, der arbejder med og rådgiver om stort set alle juridiske og regulatoriske forhold, så der vil være rig mulighed for sparring.
