We are looking for an IT Application Specialist who wants to help Matas Group take Microsoft 365 to the next level. We see great potential in leveraging these tools further at Matas Group, to enhance collaboration and elevate the overall employee experience. We currently have a project running to merge Microsoft 365 for KICKS and Matas, and this role will play a vital part in continuing the initiatives run by the project, as well as the daily operations.
About the role:
In this role, you will report to our Head of Supporting IT Applications in the IT Transformation and Business Applications team. You will join a team responsible for applications in the HR, Campaign Planning, and Collaboration areas, to name a few. Your main responsibility will be Microsoft 365, but as we are in a transformation phase, there may be other smaller Business Applications that you will manage in this role. The IT department is both located in Stockholm and Copenhagen/Allerød, and we are therefore open for candidates from both countries.
Occasional travel days should be expected 2-5 days per year.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize M365 environments
- Provide 2nd line support for user queries and issues
- Develop and deliver M365 training
- Stay updated with, evaluate, and plan implementation of the latest Office 365 features and updates
- Collaborate with vendors, the rest of the IT department, and business stakeholders
- Participate in M365-related projects
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant experience from a similar role
- Knowledge of M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and administration
- Good documentation skills for technical and user-oriented materials
- Strong business understanding within the area and an interest in working in a changing organization
- Ability to work both alone and in teams, and make decisions based on analysis
- Holistically oriented, but with an understanding of the detail when necessary
- Fluent in English and either Danish/Swedish, with a good understanding of the Nordic languages
