Logistikken bag transport af gods og passagerer er en global udfordring, der kræver skarpe juridiske kompetencer. Hos NJORD er vi transportvirksomhedernes betroede rådgivere inden for alle branchens forhold. Du kommer derfor med helt ind i maskinrummet, når du skal navigere i alt fra håndtering af told, transporttilladelser og kontraktudformning til internationale konventioner og forpligtelser, der skal sikre vores klienters interesser i sager om blandt andet tabt, forsinket eller beskadiget gods.

Vi arbejder med store retssager og internationale forhold på et højt niveau, og du får mulighed for at samarbejde med eksperter inden for flere forskellige retsområder.

  • Føler dig hjemme og er kyndig i regulatoriske forhold – herunder EU-ret
  • Brænder for at arbejde med strafferetlige problemstillinger
  • Er interesseret i forsikrings- og erstatningsret, samt ønsker at rådgive klienter om deres rettigheder og muligheder
