Core Responsibilities
  • Drive General Ledger processes improvement, standardization, automation and maintenance.
  • Facilitate definition of business requirements to General Ledger processes and root cause analysis of process related issues.
  • Drive delivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and digital stakeholders.
  • Define, test and implement new system functionalities.
  • Participate in projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus.
  • Training in systems, processes and governance.
  • Stakeholder management of process users, Global Process Owner, Digital & other internal and external partners.

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling and other business processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.

In this role, you will drive General Ledger processes improvement, facilitate business requirements delivery and participate in ERP transformation project requiring process and SAP system knowledge.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds preferably a university degree within Finance or any other similar education, together with proven and relevant professional experience with the FI & CO modules in SAP, who has worked with global projects and change management. Strong understanding of finance accounting processes in a production and sales company, is a requirement.

Moreover, bringing experience on ERP transformation projects, working with Finance Shared Service Center organization and/or experience in process documentation and in performing trainings, are all advantages.

  • Dedicated team-player, collaborative and eager to contribute and learn pro-actively.
  • Analytical mindset.
