Job Description
As a Global Process Director, Source to Pay Strategic Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's procurement and supply chain strategies. You will lead a team of process specialists, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize source-to-pay processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of process specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and digital functions, to drive end-to-end performance and optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert counsel to stakeholders on process improvements, risk management, and compliance.
- Motivate the team to deliver efficiently and effectively on ambitious targets, supporting the company's globalization, digitalization, standardization, and compliance agenda.
- Cultivate close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and partnership.
- Design and implement global processes, ensuring robust risk management and controls.
- Drive the Purchasing & Supplier Management and Travel & Expense Management Functions, initiatives across and outside organizational boundaries.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to projects, improvement initiatives, and support tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent, with proven experience as a leader for a team of specialists, preferably within the Source-2-Pay process area.
- Experience working with Finance Shared Service Center organizations, strong operational expertise in process implementation and execution, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- End-to-end mindset and understanding of business processes in a company with a global footprint and multi-cultural environment.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative mindset, clear stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, ability to drive initiatives, and navigate multi-layered stakeholder landscapes.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).
