Your responsibilities as Program Manager
As a Program Manager, your role will be diverse and impactful. Your responsibilities will range from participating in tender processes—where you will lead our tender response in your field—to program execution, where you will play a crucial role in customer engagement and product delivery. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our program execution strategies and take on significant responsibility while operating with a high degree of independence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the program and project management contribution in the tender process to participate in the delivery of a winning bid. This includes building the plan, deliver estimate and risk assessments and participation in negotiation meetings.
  • Initiating programs by identifying and setting up the project organization, resources, and delivery structure.
  • Executing and managing programs and projects according to agreed/chosen methodology (often Agile), managing agreed scope, budget and timeline.
  • Defining and managing risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Managing positive and close collaboration with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ensuring your delivery team thrives and fostering a fun and productive working environment.

Your qualifications and experience

  • A relevant master’s degree
  • A strong program and project management tool kit (preferably project management certification like MSP, Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of program and project management experience within IT application development projects, preferably with an IT vendor/provider
  • 8+ years of experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
  • Excellent communications skills in both Danish and English, written and orally. We work extensively with the Danish public sector, wherefor Danish is a non-negotiable requirement.
