about the position
As a Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of the company's long-term strategies. You will work closely with the Strategy Director and be operationally responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires extensive research, analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure that strategic objectives are met. Your contributions will be key to shaping the company's long-term strategy and operational plans.
your responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of the company's strategic plan, conducting market analysis to align departmental goals with overall strategy.
· Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, monitor progress, and address any operational challenges.
· Analyze data to guide decision-making, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
· Identify and implement process improvements, staying up-to-date with industry trends to enhance strategic planning.
· Oversee budgets and personnel to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
your profile
As a Strategy Manager, you are expected to lead initiatives and take on business-critical responsibilities. You should possess strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills. While much of the work involves teamwork, you must also be able to work independently and take initiative.
· You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or other related field; a master's degree is preferred.
· You have 3-5 years of experience in a strategic management role, preferably within the logistics industry or in a consultancy role.
· You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
· You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
· You have proficiency in strategic planning tools and software.
· You have a high level of organizational and time management skills.
