Discipline Lead for HVAC and Plumbing Design Teams
Location: Lyngby, Odense, Esbjerg, Vejle, Aarhus, Aalborg, Ringsted
Type: Permanent
Overview:
Do you want to work in an exciting consulting environment with interesting projects? Can you envision yourself leading a team of HVAC and plumbing engineers, ensuring that HVAC and plumbing design is delivered on time and with the agreed quality? If you are specialized in complex and sustainable solutions, this could be the next adventure in your career.
Your Key Activities:
- Define and describe the scope of tasks for the HVAC and plumbing area.
- Ensure proper staffing, time, and cost efficiency, ensuring quality and progress in collaboration with project and section management.
- Coordinate with your own and other disciplines including BIM, architects, contractors, and other partners throughout all phases of construction.
- Contribute to the development of a strong professional environment within HVAC and plumbing.
- Work on projects related to various sectors including Pharma, Hospitals, Residential, Cultural, Educational, Commercial, Industrial, Data Centers, and Airports.
- Engage in projects within or outside the section, including international projects.
Your Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional commitment and good leadership skills.
- An engineering background with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
- Experience with BIM and 3D design in Revit.
- Construction site experience with a focus on constructability.
- Knowledge of building commissioning.
- Experience in client advisory services and/or supervision.
- Fluency in Danish or English at a high technical level.
