Vi ønsker at blive det foretrukne B2C marketing agency i Norden for virksomheder, der har ambitioner om at vækste enten top- eller bundlinjen.

Det gør vi dagligt via vores strategiske rådgivning samt eksekvering på de forskellige marketing-kanaler, vi dagligt håndterer for vores kunder.

Vi arbejder primært med SEO, Google Ads og META Ads. Foruden dette supplerer vi ofte op med andre discipliner og kanaler (såsom email marketing, affiliate marketing og andre Paid Social-kanaler), når det passer ind i strategien hos den pågældende kunde.

Men hvornår passer de enkelte kanaler og discipliner ind i en kundes strategi, og hvordan vælges det rette mix af marketing-kanaler? Det er her, hvor du som Client Manager kommer ind i billedet.

For at kunne løfte vores rådgivnings- og eksekveringsniveau og blive endnu bedre, har vi brug for en Client Manager til at have det store overblik og hjælpe vores kunder med at nå deres forretningsmæssige mål.

Motiveres du af at drive kunder og projekter og følge dem til dørs samt at have en masse ansvar? I rollen som Client Manager skal du drive og lede projekter for vores kunder, følge op på handlingsplaner og klargøre rapporteringer, så vi sikrer et godt resultat.

Vi har mange forskellige kunder, hvorfor det er projekter af forskellig form, der skal styres. Det vigtigste for os er vores kunder, og vi prioriterer højt at give dem en god oplevelse og levere resultater, der overgår deres forventninger. Du vil komme til at få en masse spændende opgaver og udfordringer, hvor to dage sjældent er ens.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bestå af:
  • Dialog med de kunder, du bliver ansvarlig for.
  • Drive og lede projekter for vores kunder.
  • Rådgive kunder i samarbejde med resten af teamet.
  • Følge op på handlingsplaner og sikre fremdrift.
  • Udarbejdelse af præsentationer til ugentlige og månedlige møder.
  • Ansvar for samt overblik over budgetter.
  • Udarbejdelse og videreformidling af projektbeskrivelser.
Om dig

Vi går mere op i relevant hands-on erfaring end uddannelsesniveau, da vi ved, at denne digitale verden læres via praktisk erfaring.

Eftersom mange af vores kunder er B2C E-commerce-kunder, er det et stort plus, hvis du i forvejen har erfaring med e-commerce i sin helhed.

Derudover er det vigtigt for os at du har stor interesse og nysgerrighed for markedsføring, så vi sammen kan vækste virksomheden og blive endnu dygtigere.

Vi forventer at du
  • Har erfaring fra en lignende stilling.
  • God til at kommunikere mundtligt og på skrift.
  • God til mennesker.
  • Har generel interesse og forståelse for markedsføringskanaler såsom SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social og Email Marketing & Affiliate.
  • Har forretningsforståelse (især inden for e-commerce)
  • Er drevet af at levere gode resultater og lære undervejs.
  • Kan holde hovedet koldt i pressede situationer og samtidig levere gode resultater.
