Do you have an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Then we would love to invite you to join our Institutional Service team in Copenhagen.
We are looking for an energetic colleague, who can help us support our biggest partners and clients. This position is not commercially focused, but a Customer Success (Customer Service) role.
We take pride in high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. The Institutional Service desk is the key point of contact for all day to day operational queries, as well as complex issues. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial Clients.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients
- Actively participating in the development of our partners through education
- Dealing with clients' queries and resolving escalations
- Investigating complex partners' requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders
- Identifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisation
- Owning projects to improve/develop services that result from customers´ needs
Key competences:
- Min. 2 years of account management, middle office or client facing operational role in the financial industry
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Danish & English (another foreign language is beneficial)
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with focus on setting the right priorities
- Structured & highly organised approach with a good sense for details
- Passionate & "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to take ownership - a self-starter
