As our new team member, you will play a crucial role in identifying client challenges and areas for optimization. Your responsibilities will include advising on value-adding solutions from a commercial perspective to CXOs and other executives, as well as developing improvement roadmaps, strategizing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in identifying client challenges and elements for optimization
  2. Assist in developing roadmaps for improvement and strategizing the direction of the client’s growth journey
  3. Assist in advising on value-adding solutions from a commercial viewpoint to CXOs and other executives
  4. Assist in designing scalable commercial solutions and ensuring correct implementation
  5. Assist in change management and adoption activities during project implementation

Ideally you

  1. Have a relevant education in Business Administration and Economics, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, International Business or similar
  2. Thrive on responsibility and work well both independently and in groups
  3. Curious, ambitious, and passionate about your work
  4. Want to be a part of an ambitious, passionate, and social environment
  5. Have experience with CRM, marketing, sales, or service operations (advantage, but not a requirement)
  6. Have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English, and have no issues communicating with executives from day one
