Dette medfører blandt andet, at du, udover din daglige arbejdsgang med at sikre compliance inden for sustainability, også har mulighed for at arbejde på projekter og samarbejde med kolleger på tværs af værdikæden for at sikre konkrete initiativer, der skaber værdi. Desuden vil det være en enestående mulighed for dig for at udvikle din professionelle værktøjskasse inden for compliance, datavalidering og AI.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver i rollen er:

  1. Implementering og optimering af compliance processer. Dette indebærer blandt andet indhentning, validering og opdatering af EUDR-dokumentation.
  2. At sikre compliance ud mod vores leverandører gennem opfølgning på auditrapporter via amfori platformen og gennemgang af risikovurderinger, med henblik på at sikre, at ILVA til enhver tid lever op til gældende lovkrav.
  3. At strukturere og vedligeholde processer for dataindsamling og validering af data.

Stillingen er på 37 timer, og du vil få reference til Sustainability Manager, Sara Maria Skou Husted. Du vil hos os møde en høj grad af fleksibilitet, både hvad angår mødetid og home office.

  4. Du har erfaring med dokumentation, datahåndtering, datavalidering og dertilhørende grundlæggende kompetencer i Excel.
  5. Du har erfaring med social compliance og læsning af audit reporter.
  6. Du har kendskab til EUTR eller EUDR. Dette er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  7. Du er nysgerrig anlagt og besidder evnen til at udvikle, implementere og optimere compliance relaterede processer på en struktureret og effektiv måde.
