Digital Campaign Manager

About the role:
As our new Digital Campaign Manager & Growth Strategist, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our campaigns drive measurable impact. This isn’t just about running ads—it’s about analyzing, optimizing, and continuously finding new ways to help us grow globally.
Tools we use: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Salesforce
What you will do:
- Campaign Management: Together with our SEM consultant, manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to generate quality leads to our sales team.
- Email Marketing & Workflows: Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows using HubSpot.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze data, and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with our broader business goals.
- Project and Budget Management: Keep projects on track and budgets working hard to achieve big results, all while meeting business goals.

The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This person takes ownership of projects from strategy through execution and is passionate about digital marketing, continuously driving performance improvement.
Key expertise and skills:
- Proven experience in a Digital Campaign Manager or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or health tech environment
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, with solid experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to manage campaigns and analyze audience insights.
- You have worked with target account plans
- Bachelor's+ degree in marketing or relevant field
