Som vores nye People Business Partner træder du ind i hjertet af Lagkagehusets People-team. Din rolle bliver en vigtig brik i vores ambition om at styrke samarbejdet med vores Supply Chain-ledelse og at løfte People-indsatsen til nye højder.

Du bliver en del af et nyere People team, som er stiftet for 4 år siden, og som derfor naturligt er i opbygningsfasen. I dag tæller vi 7 engagerede kollegaer, som er en del af organisationens People teams, med dygtige kollegaer i London og New York. I dit team er der 2 øvrige People Business Partnere og 1 Office Assistant.

Vores Chief People & Culture Officer er også startet i år. Over de seneste tre måneder har vi i fællesskab udviklet en ambitiøs People Plan for 2025, med overskriften "Energize our people and drive Accountability". Her vil du være med til at omsætte strategiske mål til konkrete handlinger og gøre en forskel for både ledere og kolleger i hele organisationen.

Lagkagehuset er i en udviklingsfase, hvor vi kombinerer vores stolte håndværkstraditioner med ambitiøse strategiske mål. Vi investerer aktivt i vores medarbejderes udvikling gennem målrettet træning, karrieremuligheder og et tæt samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger. For at lykkes har vi brug for en erfaren People Business Partner, til at bygge bro mellem strategi og praksis, og som vil gå forrest for det faglige niveau hos vores People Business Partnere.

Strategisk udvikling og implementering af People-strategi

Være en tæt strategisk og taktisk sparringspartner for ledelsen i ét af vores tre forretningsben. I første omgang Supply Chain – og på sigt med mulighed for andre forretningsområder. Her vil du spille en central rolle i udviklingen og implementeringen af HR-strategien. Det indebærer blandt andet at udvikle og afholde træning for ledere, samt tæt løbende ledersparring.

Talent- og organisationsudvikling

En stor del af din rolle vil være at fokusere på at tiltrække, fastholde og udvikle talenter, i tæt sparring med vores Talent Acquisition Partner. Du vil skabe overblik over de kompetencer, der er kritiske for virksomhedens strategi, og sikre, at vi har de rette talenter i de rette roller.

Medarbejderrelationer og arbejdsmiljø

Sikre, at medarbejderrelationerne og arbejdsmiljøet håndteres rettidigt og med fokus på det forebyggende. Det indebærer bl.a. at lede AMO-møder og sikre, at arbejdsmiljøarbejdet bliver en naturlig del af business partnering. Du vil være med til at sikre, at alle People-løsninger er i overensstemmelse med gældende ansættelsesretter og lovgivning, samtidig med at du rådgiver både medarbejdere og ledere i alle faser af en medarbejders livcyklus.

Datadrevet rådgivning og beslutningstagning

Overvåge og analysere People-metrics for at kunne identificere tendenser og udfordringer, der kan have indflydelse på vores drift. Med disse data vil du rådgive ledelsen og medarbejderne og hjælpe med at løse organisatoriske udfordringer. Din viden om organisationen og forretningen vil være med til at sikre, at vi træffer beslutninger baseret på data og indsigt.

Minimumskrav
  • Har en relevant uddannelse, cand.merc. HRM eller lignende, samt flere års hands-on erfaring fra en all-round People-rolle, og med erfaring fra en business partner-funktion. Du har viden om ansættelsesjura og erfaring med overenskomster fra større virksomheder, gerne inden for detailhandel, service eller fødevareindustrien.
  • Arbejder struktureret og procesorienteret, har fokus på samarbejde og at drive ansvarlighed.
  • Har kørekort B, da vi har afdelinger i hele landet som du skal supportere.
Om Lagkagehuset

Lagkagehuset har 107 butikker og 7 produktioner i Danmark, 26 butikker og 1 produktion i London og 5 butikker og 1 produktion i New York. Med knap 3.000 engagerede medarbejdere producerer og sælger vi kvalitetsprodukter gennem flere salgskanaler, herunder vores loyalitetsapp og webshop, som blev lanceret den 19. november 2024.

Stillingen er baseret på vores hovedkontor i København NV. Stillingen indebærer rejseaktivitet i hele landet. Du planlægger selv din arbejdstid, men en vis fleksibilitet er nødvendig for at imødekomme driftsbehov og tilpasse dig arbejdstider i vores Supply Chain, på forskellige tidspunkter af døgnet.
