Your New Role
As a Project Sourcing & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for driving our procurement strategy forward, ensuring alignment with our business goals and project roadmaps. Your expertise will be essential in managing various projects across our supply base and identifying new suppliers through structured sourcing processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Leadership and Execution
- Take charge of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory outcomes.
- Communication and Coordination
- Foster effective collaboration among stakeholders, clearly communicate project objectives, and set realistic timelines.
- Procurement Planning
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Nurture strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts effectively.
- Transition Management
- Ensure seamless handovers from procurement to business operations, acting as a liaison between departments.
Requirements
- Professional Background

- Education and Skills
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration) and proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and vendor relationship building.
