About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead our FinTech and banking design efforts at e-conomic. As a key member of our product trio, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to align expectations and ensure that the customers' voices are embedded in our decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing workflows, develop new features, and solve problems for our users.
  • Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques to get meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Join forces with our design system team to ensure consistent user experience across our applications.
About You
  • You are passionate about understanding our customers' needs, behavior, and motivations.
  • You are a curious soul who finds it interesting to know why people are using a product.
  • You have experience working as a UX generalist with a strong track record of end-to-end design processes.
  • You are self-motivated and responsible, capable of independently solving problems with your product trio and making decisions while also receiving guidance from your team lead.
Requirements
  • 3+ years professional experience and a proven track record of your previous work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).
  • Experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.
  • Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
