About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead and evolve our design system efforts at E-Conomic. As a key member of our UX team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our product, which impacts thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design system efforts, ensuring consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to align expectations and ensure customer voices are embedded in decision-making.
  • Own the design system documentation and guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all teams.
  • Drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other designers and developers.
  • Apply UX design principles and research techniques to gain meaningful insights and inform design decisions.
About You
  • You have a deep understanding of atomic design principles and can break down complex UI elements into reusable components.
  • You are meticulous about maintaining design consistency and can effectively communicate its importance across different teams.
  • You are a curious and empathetic individual who can understand the needs of our customers and turn complexity into solutions that meet their needs.
  • You have experience working as a UX designer on a design system with a strong track record of end-to-end design processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of previous work.
  • Experience in maintaining and scaling a design system within a growing organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).
  • Experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.
  • Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies.
