Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Owner to join our Commercial solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and upgrading our Unibake Business Platform, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will also lead super user forums, keep documentation sharp, and provide incident support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage version and release upgrades of the Unibake Business Platform, including MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and architects to drive the Change Request (CR) process.
  • Assist the BPM in standardizing and optimizing business processes.
  • Co-lead super user forums for the functional area with the BPM.
  • Maintain solution documentation, such as Detailed Process Instructions (DPIs), current and accurate.
  • Provide third-line support for incidents and service requests, and coordinate problem resolution for the designated solution area.
  • Join task force meetings for critical incidents (P1-P2) and facilitate communication to resolve issues with other resources.
  • Monitor external trends and propose future developments for roadmap planning within the solution area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should have experience with commercial business solutions and be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
