Job Description:

The Interior Architectural Project Lead will join our team of architects and spatial designers to work on projects in the residential and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will work as a project manager on projects throughout all phases of our design process with a focus on concepting and preparing drawings for construction.

Responsibilities include setting targets, monitoring progress, making critical decisions to deliver projects on time and within budget, and meeting client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong conceptual thinker with a holistic approach to design
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, delegating and leading skills
  • Confident in bringing ideas to the table and working collaboratively in a team
  • Able to work closely with clients and present work with confidence and eloquence
  • Capable of managing diverse tasks and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in the relevant field
  • At least five years experience in the industry
  • Experience in project management, including coordinating stakeholders and sub-consultants
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English
  • Background in high-end residential projects is a plus
