About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our growing simulation team at PLM Group. As a key member of our Nordic Simulation team, you will be responsible for guiding and selling simulation software solutions to customers across the Nordics.

  • You will work closely with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored simulation software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expand value-adding services and simulation solutions to existing customers.

Customer Management: Maintain and develop high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to cross-border cooperation and development of sales processes and best practices to enhance team performance.
