Job Description

  • Elevate Customer Experiences

We're looking for a Commercial Experience Manager to play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated team by your side, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Lead Store Merchandising and Sales Activities

You'll manage and lead store merchandising, sales activities, campaign activation, and follow up on stock levels to maximise selling opportunities. Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store.

Recruit, Manage, and Develop Your Team

Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service is key to your success. Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters are carried out.

Key Qualifications

  • Customer Service Expertise

You understand what makes a great customer experience and have prior retail or customer-facing experience.

Visual Merchandising Skills

Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling, is essential.

Results-Focused Multitasker

You're results-focused and enjoy multitasking, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational.
