DescriptionVi søger en ambitiøs Commercial Manager til vores luftfragtsafdeling, som består af 14 dedikerede kolleger, som er fordelt på vores kontorer i Odense, Aarhus og København.
Dette er en unik mulighed for at blive en nøglespiller i vores luftfragtsafdeling, og du vil i rollen som Commercial Manager få ansvaret for at drive væksten ved at udvikle strategier, etablere stærke kunderelationer og identificere nye forretningsmuligheder. Vi leder efter en person, der brænder for resultater og kan være med til at præge fremtiden for vores afdeling gennem kreativitet, engagement og et skarpt kommercielt blik.
Key ResponsibilitiesEksekvering af ekspansionsstrategi:
- Drive og eksekvere vækst gennem salg
- Udvide kundeportefølje
- Fastholde og optimere samarbejder med eksisterende kunder
Procurement:
- Tæt samarbejde med vores primære agenter / egne kontorer for optimal pricing
- Spot / short term / long term rate agreement
- Effektiv og konkurrencedygtig tilbudsgivning, der resulterer i øgede kontrakter og aftaler
Pricing / Tender:
- Import RFQ fra vores primære agenter – Local costs Denmark
- Import RFQ fra vores salgsafdeling
- Sikre godt og effektivt samarbejde / klare processer i information/tilbuds flow, hvilket sikrer hurtig og konkurrencedygtig tilbudsgivning.
Udvikling:
- Identificere og udvide forretningsmuligheder – Product development
- Innovation og fornyelse gennem nye produkter og lanes – Tradelane management
- Administrere Pipeline aktiviteter
Ledelse:
- Sikre effektivt samarbejde med de andre afdelinger for at opnå fælles mål og optimere forretningsprocesser
- Sikre at teamet arbejder i overensstemmelse med forretningsprocesser og systemer for at opretholde ensartethed og effektivitet
- Minimum 5 års erfaring med luftfragt
- Stærke skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner
- Stærke lederegenskaber
- Erfaring med at drive og eksekvere vækst gennem salg til nye og eksisterende kunder
- Evne til at samarbejde med alle niveauer i virksomheder
- Etablering og vedligeholdelse af et stærkt netværk af branchekontakter
- Gode problemløsningsfærdigheder til hurtigt og effektivt at tackle udfordringer, der opstår i arbejdet med kunder og partnere
- Erfaring med brug af digitale værktøjer og platforme, såsom CRM-systemer, for at optimere salgs- og marketingprocesser.
