We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our Nordic Tech organization within Aller Media. As CISO, you will be responsible for overseeing the assurance activities related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee, and business information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
  • Facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes across Aller Media business units.
  • Maintain and enhance the information security management framework.
  • Ensure consistent application of security policies and standards across technology projects, systems, and services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in risk management, information security, and relevant IT/security roles.
  • Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, NIST.
  • Competency in GDPR and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian and English.
  • Relevant experience in contract and vendor negotiations.
