Our responsibilities

You will perform the following tasks independently and autonomously:

  • Monthly local closing activities and IFRS reporting to the Vaillant Group.
  • Local GAAP year-end closing of our entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, including communication and preparation of documents for auditors.
  • Handling bank accounts, including payments and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Debitor and creditor management (both views), including credit management and receivable aging.
  • Bookings directly in SAP and through workflows (including payroll and recharges).
  • VAT contact for entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • Primary contact regarding tax topics for authorities and Vaillant Group (VAT and CIT).
  • Implementation and optimization of financial processes in your area of responsibility.
  • Monthly control and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
