We are seeking an experienced professional who can help us develop and implement effective customer experience strategies for our clients. With a focus on transforming B2B customer experiences, creating better operating effectiveness and unlocking new commercial growth and value, this role requires a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop strategic plans that drive growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategy papers for executive management, playbooks, business review reports and other presentations.
- Developing value cases, measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPI reports.
What We Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, B2B consulting, advisory or similar.
- A relevant master's degree; preferably within business administration, strategy, marketing, finance or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
