About the Role

As our new Strategy & Consulting Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of leading B2B clients by delivering strategic consulting, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting the commercial development of the business.

You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with C-level stakeholders to drive growth through intelligent solutions and industry insights.

The role involves collaborating across teams, guiding clients, and championing a consulting-first mindset without formal leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Consultancy
    • Deliver top-tier strategic and commercial consulting services to C-level executives.
    • Provide tailored industry-specific advice that creates measurable business value.
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and guide ongoing collaboration.
    • Monitor client satisfaction (CSAT) and design initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  2. Business Growth & Performance
    • Drive and manage a portfolio with revenue responsibility of DKK 20–30 million.
    • Map and execute on a strategic roadmap for the unit, ensuring continuous growth.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across your portfolio.
    • Ensure strategic and business goals are met.
  3. Sales & Client Development
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with the broader sales team to support cross-unit opportunities.
    • Contribute to market positioning through cases, insights, and thought leadership.
