As part of our team, you will not only contribute to the success of Hotel Indre By but also take on responsibilities related to our other property at Paper Island. Located just a stone's throw away from Nyhavn, this hotel offers a serene retreat amidst the bustling cityscape.

We are looking for an experienced revenue management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of forecasting and analysis, as well as excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel performance, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize hotel RevPAR through thorough channel management and inventory optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Collaborate with profit generation teams to drive incremental revenue for Rooms, F&B, and other streams.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions on promotion participation, contracts, and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience or 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
